By using SoftScaleHub, you agree to the basic service rules, liability limitations, and access conditions.
Service Purpose
SoftScaleHub is a tool for structuring business ideas, taking the test, receiving results, and planning the first steps of validation. The service helps reduce launch risk but does not guarantee commercial success.
Account Usage
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the registration data provided, as well as for the security of their login and password. Sharing access with third parties is at the user’s own risk.
Free and Paid Access
The service may offer limited free access and paid plans with extended features. Limits, number of tests, and access to results are defined by the current product model and may change as the service evolves.
How Tests and Plans Work
SoftScaleHub uses a simple test-based system. Each test represents one structured validation of your idea. Access to tests depends on your current plan.
- Free plan: you can complete up to 3 tests in total. Only basic results are available.
- Full Access: gives you 15 tests per month, full access to all results, history, and downloadable PDF reports.
- Extra tests: you can purchase additional test packs (e.g. +15 tests) if your current limit is not enough.
If you have both a subscription and extra tests, the system will use your subscription tests first, and then extra tests.
Access to Results
Access to test results depends on how the test was created and your current plan.
- Full Access allows you to view all your tests.
- Extra tests allow access only to tests created within the extra test pack.
- Free users can access only a limited number of results.
Payments and Billing
Payments are processed via a third-party payment provider. Additional fees, taxes, or currency conversion charges may apply depending on your bank or region.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Extra test purchases are one-time payments and do not renew.
Limitation of Liability
SoftScaleHub is not responsible for decisions made by users based on tests, recommendations, or service materials. All results are tools for analysis and decision support, not guarantees of outcomes.
Changes to the Service
We may update functionality, interface, pricing, and terms of use without prior notice if required for product development, security, or service quality improvements.
Termination of Access
We reserve the right to restrict access to the service in cases of abuse, rule violations, or attempts to harm the system.
